Internal Customer Acquisition Team

This position is a very important part of our success. It requires an individual with superb communicative skills, patience, diligence and ability to handle prospective customers. You should be able to handle a blend of inbound and outbound calls. The primary focus is setting appointments for potential customers seeking free in-home estimates. Must have great customer service skills.

Event Coordinator

Primary responsibility is attending events statewide to generate leads from prospective customers looking to ENHANCE their home with new windows, doors and more. An event coordinator should have a love for special event management, provide information to customers, be enthusiastic, work weekends to supplement income and be able to build a relationship between the company and potential customers. Statewide events include home shows, trade shows, special community events, craft shows, farmers markets, etc. Must be able to set up tables and promotional equipment. Appropriate vehicle required.
